We believe client’s requirement is pushing a cart with cargo up-and-down. This is requirement through the whole communication period. It’s not a big deal to Taiwan Ramp Expert. We have too many experiences for kind of case. Finally, the specification was confirmed. The proposal is one Half-fold-REV Ramps with Aluminum alloy platform. Only two staffs will push the cart up-and-down ramp channel. The rest staffs will walk another staircase. For this, we also build a portable 3 rises staircase for staffs use.
But, we figure out the real story is not what we think. The cart is not a simple cart. The cargo on cart is a barrel. A barrel loaded with traditional grilled sweet potatoes. The landing of Aluminum alloy platform is too small not enough for this barrel cart.

There is no other choice, rebuild ramp and platform only , First, we increase ramp width so the cart go up-and-down more easier. It’s difficult to move those weight increased ramps for aunties. So second, wall mounted ramps appeared. The bigger aluminum alloy platform formed by four pieces. Easy for carrying and the structure is more strong. Those modifications solves the issues.
The communication before manufacture is so important. What kind of moving device, pay load and wheel size of device, material will effect our decision for ramp design and structure. The final design is the compromised result for light-weight, load-bearing and durability.
