Floor-to-ceiling windows slide rail threshold is very often. The customize wheelchair we need three figures:

1. The slide rail threshold will have many walls or points. You have to find the highest wall to be the measurement base point. From this highest base point to measure outside height and inside height. If the base point is wrong or the measurement is not level, the figures will be incorrect and the result is your threshold ramp would not be level too.

2. The threshold cross width must include all thresholds especially is the small concrete threshold.

3. In case to avoid ramp is too wide. The clear width must get the smallest clear width.

We believe client’s requirement is pushing a cart with cargo up-and-down. This is requirement through the whole communication period. It’s not a big deal to Taiwan Ramp Expert. We have too many experiences for kind of case. Finally, the specification was confirmed. The proposal is one Half-fold-REV Ramps with Aluminum alloy platform. Only two staffs will push the cart up-and-down ramp channel. The rest staffs will walk another staircase. For this, we also build a portable 3 rises staircase for staffs use.

But, we figure out the real story is not what we think. The cart is not a simple cart. The cargo on cart is a barrel. A barrel loaded with traditional grilled sweet potatoes.  The landing of Aluminum alloy platform is too small not enough for this barrel cart.

When the height remains unchanged, the longer the barrier-free ramp, the gentler the slope, and the shorter the barrier-free ramp, the steeper the slope. This is basic common sense,

A difference of 1 degree in barrier-free slope will be noticeable to the driver, but a slope of 1 degree cannot be distinguished by the naked eye.

Many people often say that the visual measurement is 45 degrees, but I dare say that 95% of the calculated results are less than 45 degrees.

45 degrees is a very steep slope. You have to keep your center of gravity forward even when walking. It is not surprising if you accidentally slip and fall, let alone push a wheelchair up and down.

I often encounter some very exaggerated requirements. If the height is 40 cm, I need to buy a 50 cm slope board!

This simply means that the board is erected at the same height. How can the concept of almost two parallel lines become a slope?! He said the ramps he brought from us but we found the ramp lift up when he pushed goods on this modular ramps.
