Location. Gender and age of the person pushing the wheelchair. Weight of the person in the wheelchair. Weight of cargo. Vehicle. Customer originally purchased wooden ramps with short and steep ramps online, but he spent a lot of money and found out that it was so difficult to push. After that, he appointed Taiwan Ramp Expert to help him plan a bathroom threshold ramp. The client was very happy Professionally measure the dimensions in advance and then communicate via social software to complete whole design and spec online.

The number below 5 CM / 4.5 CM  and 2 CM / 5 CM means the height from floor to threshold. Each threshold has two height inside and outside. So that’s a challenge.  But, to Taiwan Ramp Expert – it’s a piece of cake.

Floor-to-ceiling windows slide rail threshold is very often. The customize wheelchair we need three figures:

1. The slide rail threshold will have many walls or points. You have to find the highest wall to be the measurement base point. From this highest base point to measure outside height and inside height. If the base point is wrong or the measurement is not level, the figures will be incorrect and the result is your threshold ramp would not be level too.

2. The threshold cross width must include all thresholds especially is the small concrete threshold.

3. In case to avoid ramp is too wide. The clear width must get the smallest clear width.

Taiwan Ramp Expert not just deal with barrier-free environment improvement and also business case or life style adjustment.

You might not believe the height difference not just bother wheelchair but also the others like cargo moving. We’d like to talk about this case. The Genesis social welfare foundation. We believe client’s requirement is pushing a cart with cargo up-and-down. This is requirement through the whole communication period. It’s not a big deal to Taiwan Ramp Expert. We have too many experiences for kind of case. Finally, the specification was confirmed. The proposal is one Half-fold-REV Ramps with Aluminum alloy platform. Only two staffs will push the cart up-and-down ramp channel. The rest staffs will walk another staircase. For this, we also build a portable 3 rises staircase for staffs use.

But, we figure out the real story is not what we think. The cart is not a simple cart. The cargo on cart is a barrel. A barrel loaded with traditional grilled sweet potatoes.  The landing of Aluminum alloy platform is too small not enough for this barrel cart.

Massive orders for Modular Ramps recently. The ship out is gonna delay a little bit.  All crews over time till 9 PM ever day. Site survey might schedule at 9 or 10 PM.
