Customized Modular Ramps
Each month, ramp board experts’ cases include commercial (automobiles and motorcycles, forklifts, pushing goods…there are really all kinds of things) and household (wheelchairs getting on and off the stairs, automobiles and motorcycles…etc.) each account for about 50%. 90% of them are customized orders, and the performance of standard products is negligible. Up to 90% of these customized orders are finalized in the customer service line based on photos and data. Seriously speaking, slope board evaluation is really a lot of trouble. If you don’t help Customers check and evaluate that there is at least an 80% chance of return. It is really not an ordinary product that can be used after just placing an order, so the customer service will ask for several pieces of information… wide range of multi-angle photos, ladder height, ladder depth, movement lines, and storage. Location. Gender and age of the person pushing the wheelchair. Weight of the person in the wheelchair. Weight of cargo. Vehicle. How many people push… etc. No matter how perfect we are, we still need time. Thank you for your cooperation. As for our company’s faulty judgment, we must not be held responsible. Consumers will not be held responsible.
