After long study and research for six months, first new half-fold ramp sample is ready. The aluminum alloy board with load capacity will bear 300 KG at least without support legs. There is no deformation  at all for 286 KG live test in photo. 118 KG strong man in middle position, no speculation.

The final specification will be released by longest length ramp tested by SGS lab report. Two versions will be released, the mesh and board. Mesh can provide more friction but with holes. We can’t tell which version is better. It depends to your applications and requirements.
